Een fietstocht naar de Bioboer en zelf oogsten, restafval van in de keuken gaan gebruiken om voedselverspilling tegen te gaan, je eigen planten gaan plukken in de natuur begeleid door specialist in wilde eetbare planten Ben Brumagne "Forest To Plate", outdoor koken, bouillon leren maken, leren fermenteren om te bewaren,..

Je gaat naar huis met zelfgemaakte fermentaties en een kennis die je voor de rest van je leven zal onthouden.

Professional cocktailmaker Nick Baeyens, known from The Botanist Gin, Bruichladdich and Apple and booze,  will be showing you all of the tips and tricks you need to know to assemble the best cocktails there are. 

Combined with foraging for wild plants and hiking in the forest, cooking meals outdoors, making your own apple cider,.. this weekend is an absolute educational (and drunk) delight for all cocktail dummies.
